Our site is updated twice a day to make sure we are as accurate as possible with what we have in stock. On occasion an item might show on our site but we no longer have it. We apologize if this happens. Often the items are on their way into stock. We will always inform you if this situation comes into play. You will have the choice to wait till we have the item and we will send it or you can cancel the order.
We normally ship as fast as we can. 2-4 days. This all depends on volume but shipping is a priority
Once an item is shipped we will always provide a tracking number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please see our “Policies” section for more detail
